Complete the Application and sign the General Waiver form; enclose the most recent copy of your dog’s Distemper and Rabies shots (if applicable) record.

THE MOST RECENT COPY OF YOUR DOG’S VACCINATIONS RECORD MUST ACCOMPANY THE APPLICATION.

Your complete registration packet must be received prior to Orientation. Payment will be collected at Orientation. We accept checks and money orders or cash. Make your check or money order payable to SDTC. You may cancel your enrollment by notifying Angela at membership@sdtcdogs.com before your class starts and will receive a full refund of your class fee. SDTC reserves the right to cancel a class for lack of enrollment, and will return a full refund.

If the class you requested has filled, you will be notified and offered other options if available. Otherwise you will receive confirmation via e-mail.

NOTE: Puppy Kindergarten and Primary Classes are very popular and fill quickly.

Orientation

Attendance is required. Please do not bring your dog to Orientation, but do bring a chair. Orientation will cover many aspects of our Training Club including our Philosophy of Training, some rules of the club, history of the club and activities that all can participate in. You cannot sign up for classes at Orientation.
